The most important factor for us in choosing our Talent Management system was that we had a combined tool for performance, goal-setting and learning opportunities with robust reporting capabilities. Employees like being able to access multiple resources all in one tool such as their tasks, their performance journal and their learning transcript. Managers have access to reporting and can easily assign learning to their teams. We have a variety of course catalogs that allow employees to self-enroll in content.
